Door de website te gebruiken of een bestelling te plaatsen, bevestig je dat je deze voorwaarden hebt gelezen en ermee akkoord gaat.

Opzeggen kan via e-mail naar hello@xodil.com of via je account. Opzeggingen zijn effectief per einde van de lopende facturatieperiode.

2.3 Je bent verplicht actuele, volledige en juiste gegevens te verstrekken voor je betaalaccount. Wijzigingen in factuur- of bezorgadres, betaalmethode of andere gegevens dien je tijdig door te geven via hello@xodil.com.

2.4 Wij behouden ons het recht voor abonnementsprijzen te wijzigen. Prijswijzigingen gelden alleen voor toekomstige verlengingen. Je ontvangt minimaal 30 dagen van tevoren bericht per e-mail. Ga je niet akkoord, dan kun je vóór ingang van de prijswijziging opzeggen.

For all purchases, you can retour the products within 30 days of your bestelling with us by emailing hello@xodil.com. In this email you shall provide your name, your bestelling number, the date of your bestelling and your address. Wij zullen then tell you via retour email how and to which address you need to retour the product to us in bestelling to receive your terugbetaling. Your retour shipment will require tracking by the carrier to the retour address we have provided to you. You must provide us with the tracking number immediately after dispatch by emailing hello@xodil.com. Please note that the retour verzending costs cannot be reimbursed by us unless required so under toepasselijk recht. Terugbetalings will be made as soon as possible and always within 6 weeks of our receipt of the retoured product.

17.3 Indien een geschil niet in der minne wordt opgelost, wordt het voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, tenzij dwingend recht anders bepaalt.
